CGA Membership Information

CGA Memberships qualify you for discounted pricing and other service upgrades at any of CGAs divisions, including AFA (Action Figure Authority), CDA (Collectible Doll Authority), DCA (Die-Cast Authority), and VGA (Video Game Authority).

CGA Memberships are currently available in three membership levels, all of which will have access to new on-line account management features, on-line submission access, and basic population report data.

CGA Gold Level Membership - $199 / year, discounted member pricing, average 25% faster turnaround times**, automatic 10% discount at the CGA Store for all acrylic cases and other supplies, 5 advanced population report*** credits per month. Click here to buy a Gold Level Membership!

Each CGA Membership is valid for one year from the date purchased.*

*Memberships purchased between now and the end of April will immediately qualify you for discounted pricing. In addition, the month of April represents bonus time. Membership will not begin being counted towards the first year until May 1, when the structure of our new websites and new submission process will be available on-line.

**Sample turnaround times for different CGA membership levels are as follows: Archival Tier Standard Sizes (1-3 days Platinum 2-4 days Gold 2-4 days Silver), Premium Tier Standard Sizes (2-4 days Platinum, 3-5 days Gold, 4-6 days Silver), Express Tier Standard Sizes (5-8 days Platinum, 8-10 days Gold, 10-15 days Silver), and Standard Tier Standard Sizes (15-20 days Platinum, 25-30 days Gold, 35-40 days Silver)

*** The advanced population report, due to be released in approximately one month, will provide more detailed information about specific web models. This information will include sub-grades, dates graded, exact card-backs, variations, the ability to compare examples of the same model, and much more. One credit, (which will range from $1-$2 in price based on quantity purchased), will allow access to complete information about one web model for up to 24 hours. Information will include all items graded at least 72 hours prior to use of the credit.

Example: The purchase of one web model (12 Back Darth Vader) will allow access to data about the sub-grades, dates graded, card-back version A,B, or C, and other characteristics for the approximately 400 examples graded to date. A flash tool will also allow you to perform searches based on specific criteria as well as compare aspects of different examples which meet your desired search parameters.

****Platinum Level Memberships will remain very limited so that we can honor greatly accelerated turnaround times. After our allocated annual quantity is reached, we will discontinue sales and monitor whether additional platinum memberships can be offered. Memberships are currently offered on a first come, first serve basis. Existing platinum members will always have the first option of renewal. CGA Memberships may not be transferred or sold.
